Customer Service Call Evaluations

We work with you to create a customized scorecard evaluation that is tailored to your business’ unique needs. Evaluations will be completed at predetermined intervals (i.e. once per month per employee) and will provide valuable feedback in order to improve employee interactions with customers and clients.

Please note that we do not provide software for recording calls. Our services are intended for businesses that have their own call monitoring system in place (for now).

Monthly Reports

Our monthly reports provide insight into key areas of opportunity as well as areas of success for your business and its employees. You will be able to see how employees’ performance and your customers’ experience are impacted over time.


Quarterly Training Calls

We are invested in helping your employees better understand how to provide quality care and service to your clients. Our training calls are intended to provide feedback and resources to help improve key areas of opportunity highlighted in the monthly reports. These are offered once per quarter either live over video conference or prerecorded to be viewed at a time that fits your availability.
